By using MedKin you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What MedKin is

MedKin is a medication reminder and adherence-tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always follow the guidance of your doctor or pharmacist. Reminders are a convenience and may be delayed or missed due to device, network, or notification-permission issues — do not rely on them as your only safeguard.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google or Apple. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the medication information you enter and for keeping your device secure.

3. Care circle

You may invite caregivers to receive missed-dose alerts. You control who is connected and can remove them at any time. Only invite people you trust with this information.

4. MedKin Pro

Pro features are offered via subscription billed through Google Play or the App Store, or granted by us. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel store subscriptions from your Play Store / App Store account; comped plans can be cancelled in the app. Payments are handled by the stores under their terms.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Deleting your account

You can delete your account any time from Profile → Delete account, or at https://medkin.rimeso.in/delete-account.

7. Liability

MedKin is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any harm arising from missed reminders, inaccurate data, or reliance on the app in place of professional medical care.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
