Request deletion of your account and personal data
The fastest way to delete your account is right in the app: Profile → Delete account. Your account is scheduled for deletion and, after a short grace period, your personal data — medications, schedules, intake history, and care-circle links — is anonymised and removed.
Can’t sign in? Use the form below and our team will process your request. To protect accounts,
public requests are reviewed manually before anything is deleted.

What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email, photo).
- Your medications, schedules, and reminder times.
- Your intake / adherence history.
- Your care-circle invites and connections.
Some records may be retained in anonymised form where required by law.
